It is great to see the Banner for NYC Organizers. Nice bulldog with Organize logo and then working carpenters standing with Chuckie Cheese. What a nice touch.Thank god we always give the public something to laugh at us for. I wonder if Forde or any of the other indicted rats are inside the Chucky Cheese rat outfit. I sat there and looked at Fordes mug shot. Well let me see. I watched the convention video as discussed and with the exception of Hicks shaking hands with an indicted criminal it was disgusting. It was nothing more than a propaganda video for a scum bag like McCarron who during his time as UBC President has put the UBC and its democratic principles in the toilet. The rights of the rank and file have been destroyed. Membership has not increased despite his bullshit speech it has declined. Pension and Welfare funds are seriously endangered or lost. Moronic Council trustees in violation of their due diligence and fiduciary duty have lost millions of the rank and files pension and welfare future to Madoff. The McCarron answer to this crisis is that the Rank and File and individual funds are on their own This video promotes an ignorant asscrack. If you want to do a video on McCarron why don’t you put up the pay raise figures for his International and council cronies. Show the figures of declining membership and his organizing programs dismal failure. Do an expose on the seizure of the locals by council asscracks at McCarrons biding and the destruction of the locals and failures of the Councils under McCarrons policies. Why don’t you interview the 229 members who are a victim of his council power grab policies. Interview the 7474 members who lost their future because McCarron perpetuated this council power grab. It was McCarrons policies of power consolidation that has allowed Council Morons to destroy locals and their funds. I wish I could meet McCarron. I would love to kick him in his vagina.
You mentioned this video would show how the delegate process works. It actually showed how the delegate process failed. We had 96 % of a room full of morons vote for this scum bag. By the way. Where the matching shirts because they needed a way to fund the way to their tables after stumbling out of the bar or was it because the IQ level in that room was at an all time low. And why did they vote for this moron. The video speaks for itself .When the member stood up and opposed the ratification of the amendment that denied the right of rank and file members the right to ratify their contracts it was evident. They voted for this assclown because he handed them power. He told them they had the right to think and act for the locals. He declared that this room full of cub scouts who needed matching shirts to have an identity needed to think for us. This room full of cub scouts who embrace rubber blow up rats as a symbol of our collective intelligence needed to think for the rank and file and McCarron was going and did make it a bylaw. The lack of support for the rank and file in this room in exchange for the council power offered by McCarron was disgusting. Do you think any rank and file member would have voted to erode their own rights? Why did the voices elected or appointed to speak for us do so. For their own power. That’s why. This video does not support the delegates process it betrays its weakness and that is that delegates and support can be bought. Here at the local level we have an even bigger sham. Delegates to the council are worthless until the day comes where they are allowed to actual vote and the rules that exist in the UBC Constitution are enforced. Delegates to the council have declared that they do not vote. They go into a room and are told what to sign and with minimal discussion they sign. End of vote. How many times has McCarron been asked to uphold the constitution and refused. His international cronies change their interpretation of the Constitution by laws to satisfy which ever criminal they are supporting on that day in direct violation of the Constitution. The delegate process is a joke and to, easily a victim of buy offs and intimidation. This video and the other are an insult to the rank and file as it glorifies one of the biggest scumbags in the history of the UBC
