Where does it say that I have to furnish a written copy?
Section 35 (A) of the UBC Constitution States and I quote:
"Minutes of the meetings shall be safely preserved as a permanent record of the the Local Union, In a form approved by the General Office."

Chris, How Can You Say I'm Telling You How to Do Your Job... You Are A Great RS ! I Have No Problem With The Way You Do Your Business, But I Will Tell You This ! For So Many Years... The RS Was Not to Use Any Electrical Devices to Do Their Job/Elected Duty...
The Reason I Am So Concerned Now Is Because This Local Is Such Turmoil, Things Have to Be Right On Time,(On The Up And Up) Not That You Are Doing Anything Wrong, But, As You Know... A Computer and Keyboard Can Be a Very Dangerous Thing, The Rank and File Have to Be More Aware Of The Things Being Said at The Meetings From Now On ! As You Know, Parliamentary Procedure Is Not Being Followed Properly... You Say The General Office Has Granted You Permission to Use the Lappy... Is There Anyway You Can Furnish a Written Letter From The International?
